Is joining the herd free?
Yes. Create your Goats Herd account through the club panel. You’ll unlock the one-time welcome reward: 10% off your first order.
Do I spend my points on discounts?
No. Points are your progress towards the next level. You keep them as you level up. Your level unlocks an ongoing discount, while some quests also award their own discount codes.
Does every order earn points?
Points come from completed quests, not from a separate points-per-order scheme. An order has to meet an available quest’s requirements. Use the same email for your club account and your store order.
Can one order complete more than one quest?
Yes. An order can complete one matching spend tier plus eligible bundle and featured-product quests. Spend tiers don’t stack with each other. Each monthly quest can be completed once in that edition.
Can I combine all my discounts?
Use one Loyalz code per order. The 10% welcome code and 5% newsletter code are for separate orders. Level discounts don’t combine with bundle offers.
Where are my points, codes and current quests?
They live in your club panel. Log in to Goats Herd to see your current level, available quests and rewards. The shop is one click away when you’re ready.
What about free shipping and early access?
Shipping perks are planned from Goat Orchestrator upwards and aren’t active yet. The G.O.A.T. level also includes early access to selected drops; availability and details will appear in the club panel.
